1. Membership Requirements

Every member must comply with all policies of the organization. New members may be approved based on evaluation and majority consent of existing members.

2. Monthly Contribution

Each member must deposit a fixed amount every month. Monthly deposit deadlines will be predetermined (e.g., between the 1st–20th of every month).

3. Participation

Participation in meetings and discussions is mandatory. Monthly meetings will be held online at 10:00 PM after the 20th of each month, typically on the first Friday.

4. Code of Conduct

Honesty, discipline, and cooperation must be maintained at all times. Members must maintain mutual respect, honesty, and accountability. Any activity harmful to the organization is strictly prohibited.

5. Membership Termination

For serious violations, membership may be suspended or canceled as per committee decision.

1. Project Approval Process

Any proposed investment or business project must be discussed in detail before approval. The project's risk, profitability, duration, and other key aspects must be evaluated. A project will be approved if at least 70% or more members agree.

2. Project Terms

Each approved project must have its own set of terms and conditions. All responsibilities, risks, and conditions for each project will be documented within the policy.

3. Profit Distribution

Profits of each project will be calculated at the end of the predetermined period. Profits will be distributed among members proportionate to their investment. A portion of the profit may be kept in a reserve fund for future investments.

4. Investment Lock-in

Once funds are invested in a project, they cannot be withdrawn before the project ends. A member may transfer their share to another member if necessary.

5. Investment Priority

For project funding, priority will be given to collecting investments from members first. If the required amount is not met, external investors may be considered (under strict rules).

1. Withdrawal Request

A member wishing to withdraw their deposited fund must submit a written request.

2. Withdrawal Timing

If any project is ongoing, the timing and amount of withdrawal may be adjusted. In emergency cases, partial withdrawal may be considered.

3. Approval Required

Partial or full withdrawal will only be processed after approval from the committee.

4. Contribution Exceptions

If a member is temporarily unable to make monthly contributions, they must submit a written/digital request. The committee may grant exceptions or deadline extensions based on valid reasons.

1. Fund Management

All members' contributions will be kept in a centralized fund. A designated committee/board will be appointed for fund management. All transactions must be recorded and stored both in written and digital form.

2. Operational Expenses

A predetermined percentage of the project profit will be used for office/operational expenses. All expenses must be presented clearly to the members. This expense rate must be decided in advance.

3. Accounts & Transparency

All income and expenses must be updated regularly. Members have the right to check the accounts at any time. Monthly/quarterly reports must be provided. Detailed reports of each investment must be shown to all members.

4. Emergency Policy

In emergency situations, the management committee may make necessary decisions. These decisions must later be presented in the general meeting for approval.
